Karen was professional, thorough, and patiently guided me through the process so I could prepare and get the most money for my home. In May 2022, the real estate market was slowly changing from a seller's market to a buyer's market making the finish line a bit bumpy. I was very stressed and worried, but Karen kept me focused and suggested ways to organize and prepare for my open houses. In a few weeks, Karen secured several offers and I got top price for my home. I highly recommend Karen.
